Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cult Gaia pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original brand box and shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any prior markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
